Delivery and Refund Terms.

This page explains the payment, delivery, cancellation and refund conditions for the services offered through cagdas.net and forms an integral part of the Distance Sales Agreement.

2. Payment Method

There is no automated cart or direct virtual POS checkout on the site. Once a proposal has been agreed, the service fee is collected through an iyzico payment link sent by the Seller via e-mail or message.

• Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Troy branded credit and debit cards are accepted.
• The payment page is provided by iyzico, a licensed payment institution; the transaction is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption and 3D Secure verification.
• Your card details are never seen, recorded or stored by the Seller.
• Never share your card number, expiry date, CVV code or password by e-mail, message or telephone under any circumstances.

3. Delivery

The services provided are digital in nature; as there is no physical shipment, no shipping or delivery fee is charged.

• Once the payment is confirmed, the payment confirmation and the invoice are sent to the e-mail address you provided.
• Performance of the service follows the work schedule and delivery dates stated in the proposal.
• Where no period has been agreed, work begins within 30 days at the latest following payment confirmation.
• For third-party items such as domain names, hosting, licences and advertising budgets, the process depends on the relevant provider.
• If the content, visuals, access credentials or approvals required for performance are not provided by you in time, the delivery period is extended accordingly.

4. Right of Withdrawal

Buyers acting as consumers are, as a rule, entitled to withdraw within 14 days. However, pursuant to Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for software, design and advertising services prepared specifically for you, for services whose performance has started with your consent, or for digital products delivered instantly. 5. Cancellation and Refund Conditions

Refunds are made in the following cases:

• Performance of the service has not yet begun and the order is cancelled
• Technical error, duplicate charge or an incorrect amount charged
• The service cannot be provided for reasons attributable to the Seller

For services already under way, the refund is calculated on the remaining amount after deducting the value of the work completed to that date and any payments made to third parties (domain, hosting, licences, advertising budget, etc.). No refund is available for services that have been completed and delivered, or for budgets already spent on advertising platforms.

6. Refund Process

• Refund requests are sent to [email protected], stating the payment date and amount.
• Requests are reviewed within 3 business days at the latest and the outcome is confirmed to you in writing.
• Approved refunds are returned to the card used for the payment within 14 days at the latest.
• Depending on your bank, it may take 2–10 business days for the amount to appear on your card account; this period is outside the Seller’s control.
• Refunds are made only to the card used for the payment; no cash refunds or refunds to a different account are made.

7. Invoicing

The invoice for the service fee is sent electronically to your e-mail address after payment. If a corporate invoice is required, the company title, tax office and tax number must be provided before payment.

8. Disputes

For disputes concerning payment, delivery and refund processes, buyers acting as consumers may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts at their place of residence.
