KVKK Privacy Notice.

This notice is prepared under Article 10 of Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and explains how the personal data of cagdas.net visitors and clients is processed.

Where none of these grounds apply, processing is based on your explicit consent.

5. Collection Method

Data is collected electronically through the contact form, email, phone and WhatsApp enquiries, as well as through cookies and server logs during your visit.

6. Transfer of Personal Data

Your data may be shared, only to the extent necessary to deliver the service, with hosting, email and analytics providers, and with authorised public authorities upon lawful request. Transfers to providers located abroad are carried out under Article 9 of the KVKK. Your data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

7. Retention Period

Personal data is retained for as long as necessary for the purpose of processing and until the statutory limitation periods expire, after which it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

8. Your Rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information about the processing, to learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly, to know the third parties to whom the data is transferred at home or abroad, to request rectification of incomplete or inaccurate data, to request erasure or destruction, to request that these actions be notified to third parties, to object to results arising from automated analysis, and to claim compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing.
